Air Cargo Calculator for computing Volume weight or dimensional weight

Volume weight can be calculated by the dimensions of any box. By inputting Length, Width, and Height one can calculate the volume weight which may exceed the actual weight. Whether air cargo shipping to Brazil, or flying a pallet to London, one will be quoted a rate based on volume weight if the volume weight exceeds the real weight. All major air cargo carriers, that quote competitive air cargo rates do so based on Volume weight. The difference between volume weight and actual weight is most noticeable when shipping foam or other light, yet dimensionally big items. Shipping liquids via air or shipping dense items often do not apply volume weight.
